How will my top be stored?

All tops and doors are stored at our climate controlled warehouse facility located in Hopkins, MN. Stop by and check it out! From the moment we take possession of your top, it will be treated with the highest level of care. After all, we are Jeep owners too — and we would want someone to take special care of our gear if we were you too! Check out our How It Works page for more info

Do you have insurance?

We are a fully licensed, and insured and bonded operation. We take every precaution to ensure safe handling from the second your top enters our facility to the last moment before it leaves, however, if you believe damage has occurred during removal, installation or storage -- please reach out to us right away so that we can look into the right solution.

Is your staff trained?

Of course! Our team is well-trained not only by internal, seasoned Jeep experts but they also undergo extensive training through Bestop's certified installer training to ensure that the whole process goes off without a hitch.

What if I don't have a Soft Top?

No problem! We have three plans available that include the lease of a Bestop Supertop for your JK or JL Jeep Wrangler: The TIMBERLINE, The TIMBERLINE + and The SUMMIT on our list of plans here

How do the different payment terms work with your plans?

Accepted Answer

Our flexible payment term options allow you to control how you would like to pay for our services. The services rendered for each package remain the same regardless of payment term. For instance, if you choose one of our 12 month payment terms, you agree to pay all 12 installments associated with that plan length, likewise for our 6 month plans. If you prefer the lowest monthly out-of-pocket and don't mind paying during the offseason while your top is not in storage, the 12 month payment term is a great option. Our 6 month option caters more towards those that are okay with a higher payment and prefer to only be paying for the service while their hard top (and possibly doors if you're a SUMMIT customer) is in storage. Our annual one pay option is for those who prefer to have no monthly payment and are looking to have the lowest total expense.

Question 7

What if I already have a soft top? Will Joiiio install it for me?

Yes! We have many customers that pair up our BASE package with an a la carte soft top install. Our soft top install is a one-time $299 fee, and the corresponding fall removal is $149. If you would like to pair a soft top install with your BASE package, please send us an email at hello@joiiio.com or text/call us at 612-712-JEEP and we can add this to your hardtop service.  *Please keep in mind that all pieces to your supplied softop MUST be present and undamaged for us to install it for you. If we begin installation and are unable to complete due to damaged or missing parts, additional fees may apply.

Do you come to my Jeep® Wrangler?

Do I need to be on site?

With all of our plans, you have the option to have your service(s) performed at our Hopkins location. If you have  a mobile service plan but would like to have your service performed at our Hopkins facility, you're more than welcome to!
