  • What is the Joiiio season?
    April 11 - November 15. Our flexible scheduling allows you to book based on what works best for your schedule. We know that the hardcore Jeepers and Broncos want their top off earlier and longer, so we’re happy to work with you if you want to extend your season.
  • Where is my hardtop stored in your facility?
    We have a secure warehouse that only Joiiio team members have access to. We put skids on the bottom of your hardtop to ensure full protection while it’s stored. Each top is inventoried into our warehouse and carefully placed in a temperature-controlled storage bay.
  • I have the space at home to store my hard top, and I own a soft top. What service would you recommend?
    We’d recommend our mobile top swap! We’ll come to your home, remove your hard top, place it in your garage or location of choice, and install your soft top. For an additional cost, we’ll come back in the fall to remove your soft top and reinstall your hard top. Total service length: 1 hour.
  • What is your mobile service radius?
    Our mobile service radius is 60 miles Outside our 60 mile radius? Feel free to reach out to us here and we would be happy to work out a potential.
  • Do you provide services outside of your shop?
    Yes! We offer Mobile Service for all our packages. We also provide mobile service for any other Jeep or Bronco needs such as top swaps, soft top repair, and more. You can see all our service offerings here.
  • How long will my service take?
    On-site services typically last 1-1.5 hours Mobile services typically last 2.5 hours
  • Is your staff trained?
    Our team is well-trained not only by internal, seasoned Jeep and Bronco experts but they also undergo extensive training through Bestop's Platinum certified installer training to ensure that the whole process goes off without a hitch.
  • What if I already own a soft top?
    No problem, we can install it for you at our shop and store your hard top, or install your soft top at your home or office with our mobile service.
  • Do I need to be home for a mobile service?
    Not necessarily! If you have somewhere to be, we’ll coordinate details ahead of time to ensure we can access your vehicle and storage space to service your vehicle in the time that you booked.
  • What services do you offer for Bronco owners
    We offer the following Bestop options for your Bronco! The timberline package includes hardtop removal and storage. Bestop Trektop Soft top installation and rental for the summer. Soft top removal and Hardtop installation at the end of the season The Skyrider package includes top panel removal and storage. Bestop Skyrider installation and rental for the summer. When open, the Skyrider top opens up the sunshine for both front and rear passengers. Skyrider removal and hardtop reinstallation at the end of the season. The sunrider package includes hardtop removal and storage. Bestop Sunrider installation and rental for the summer season. When open, the Sunrider top opens up the sunshine for passengers in the front seat. Sunrider removal and hardtop reinstallation at the end of the season.
  • How will my top be stored?
    All tops and doors are stored at our climate controlled warehouse facility located in Hopkins, MN. Stop by and check it out! From the moment we take possession of your top, it will be treated with the highest level of care. We are Jeep owners and have serviced many Broncos - so we understand the quality and care that is expected when having someone care for and store your hardtop.
